We moved to Blanco in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the Hill Country lifestyle and tight-knit community. We started Pieper Home & Ranch Co. to provide trusted, hands-on care for our neighbors and their homes, ranches, and investment properties.

Her background includes property operations, maintenance and vendor coordination, financial oversight, and leading large teams—giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to care for a property and the people who call it home.

MARCUS PIEPER
Construction & Project Management · 7+ Years of Experience

Marcus brings more than seven years of construction and project management experience across custom homes, residential, commercial, and remodeling projects. His background in construction, maintenance, inspections, vendor coordination, and hands-on troubleshooting gives him a practical eye for identifying issues, managing projects, and making sure the job gets done right.
